About Lisa
Lisa Pearson is a Senior Consultant, bringing extensive experience in communications and public affairs to the Navigator team.
Prior to joining Navigator, Lisa was the Manager of Communications for Ontario’s Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO). While at the IESO, Lisa developed and implemented internal and external communications programs. As manager, she was responsible for the development of all corporate communications materials. She also acted as a spokesperson for public affairs matters affecting the company.
Lisa has served as Senior Policy Advisor to the Ontario Minister of Community and Social Services and the Minister of Energy. During her time in government, Lisa provided strategic analysis and policy advice to key decision-makers. In government and at the IESO, she developed an in-depth understanding of regulatory affairs and public policy-making systems, with particular expertise in the energy sector.
Lisa received an undergraduate degree from Bishop’s University and a Master’s degree in Canadian Public Policy from McMaster University.
