About Chris
Chris Eby is a Senior Consultant at Navigator with more than twelve years’ experience in journalism, media relations and communications.
Before joining the firm, Chris was a broadcaster with CTV News, covering the justice system, crime and politics in Toronto. Chris got his start in journalism at the National Post, joining the newspaper in 1998 as it prepared to launch. He made the switch to television in 2004.
In between, Chris served as press secretary to Ontario’s Minister of Tourism and later the Minister of Consumer and Business Services. He also worked on the successful re-election campaign Ontario MPP Tim Hudak in 2003.
Chris graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Queen’s University in 1998. His studies included a year abroad at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
